We are excited and honored to make a presentation on homeopathy to the medical doctors and other staff of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF), Los Altos, CA on December 10, 2015. We will be talking about cases that were managed by us solely with homeopathy- with no other concurrent treatment at that time.
I have been seeing more and more cases of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) in my homeopathic practice over the past few years. Young girls and women in their early reproductive age seem to be affected by this disorder.
The weather does affect our health- some get emotional symptoms, e.g. SAD- Seasonal Affective Disorder, a type of depression that occurs at a certain time of the year, usually in the winter. Many get a lot of physical symptoms including flu-like symptoms or just colds and breathlessness.

However, obesity is also a type of malnutrition- an over nutrition which leads to accumulation of fat in the body. More than 35% of U.S. adults are obese. Childhood obesity prevalence also remains high at about 17 percent.
Obesity predisposes one to many disease conditions that include heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer, some of the leading causes of preventable death. I am tempted to call Obesity the mother of all life-style related diseases.
